ARTIST SPOTLIGHT: TREY DA KIDD
..Im gonna start off by saying..I admit to being a hip hop head. I love just hearing ppl spit how they feel or what they are going thru. Not only that but I feel ppl with real lyrics and spit about real life experiences. I ran across this video his video on facebook and instantly liked it. It was called "She's All That". Now he has a new mixtape out called "The Deal" ..Give dude your ear, tru hip hop heads wont be disappointed. But ofcourse I had a few questions to ask...
Q: Who in the game inspires you?
A. Actually its not just one person.. everybody in the game inspire me.. i see them doin it and that shows me that its not impossible.
Q: What's your fav hip hop album?
A. Well being raised in new orleans i wasn't exposed to alot of hip hop. It was either Cash Money or No Limit and i was a big hot boys fan. My first rap c.d was "Gorilla Warfare" and my favorite is "The Carter"
Q: What's your favorite punchline?
A. "Shawty like a Valet Service I swear she been thru alot" - Lil Wayne
I have no clue why.. I just think its hott.
Q: Why do you spit?
A. I spit simple cause its somthing i like to do. No "get rich quick" "Not for the women and fame". Simply cause i like to make music. I been doing this 11 years strong now. :)

VIDEO: Rick Ross ft Ne-Yo - Super high
Video for the first single off his fourth album "Teflon Don". The lead chick in the video was Ms Stacy Dash, she looked pretty as usual. I didn't really like the video. I think they could have kept the same concept, but did it in Miami or somewhere nicer. Besides that it was cool..
If you know me, you know I LOVE the boss, so i'm going to update ya on dude always. He has a mixtape dropping for Memorial Day. So i'm excited by that. The new album is scheduled to be dropping July 6. So that's good too! I really hope he has more joints like the single and its like the "deeper than rap" cd. Bc that cd is one of my favorite cds.
